Supervisor Lavrov is seemingly happy with the performance of his two Washington office workers.

"You boys have messed things up in the USA - well done!"

And this happy smiling photo with the very man at the centre of all the surveillance issues with the Trump associates and Flynn!

All US press were kept out of the meeting and only Russian state media allowed in. How unbelievable is that.

It then seems that the White House are angry that the Russian media printed these photos.

White House furious after being trolled with Russia Oval Office photos

The White House did not anticipate that the Russian government would allow its state news agency to post photographs of an Oval Office meeting between President Donald Trump, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russia's ambassador to the US, a White House official said.

Photos of Wednesday's meeting, taken by a Russian state news media photographer one day after Trump fired FBI Director James Comey amid questions about possible Trump campaign collusion with Moscow, were ultimately posted by Russia's news agency, TASS............................

"They tricked us," an angry White House official said.
"That's the problem with the Russians -- they lie," the official added.

In response to the last comment about being tricked by the Russians,  former National Security Advisor  Susan Rice said on Twitter: "No kidding!"

So POTUS lets the Russians in to the Oval Office without US Press but with Russian State Media. Putin must be laughing his butt off. The USA really is Putins bitch. I hope all you Trump supporters love this. Proud to be an American now?

Definitely seems warmer with the Russkies than Merkel and other non-dictator nations.

My thoughts, also.   With Merkel and friends of the US, Trump is like a wooden Indian in front of a tobacco shop.  With Putin's buddies, Trump is having a ball, back-slapping, joking, smiling.  They all shafted the American people, they're all filthy rich, they all think Putin is a much better president than Obama, they all hate the American press corps, and they're so proud of themselves for throwing the US election to the man who got fewer votes.  They have a lot in common.

One word springs to mind - Treason.

Obviously Merkel has no shares in any oil companies for Trump or any deals for Trump properties.

Nope Trump has nothing to do with the Russians.  :coffee1:

The good thing is I really don't think Trump will be brought down with some innocuous 'High Crime or Misdemeanour' that is the trap for politicians,  I really think the FBI will nail something huge on him. He will be sorry Jeff Sessions is about to raise sentencing limits.

A couple of fascinating discussions on just what the visit to the Oval Office actually meant - especially to the Russians. Both discussions well worth watching over a Saturday morning coffee. Both equally good and revealing. All the panelists are dumfounded by the White House actions.
