And yes, paypal is not the question, everybody knows Paypal and nobody needs help or information about it, especially not from local Thai visa guys. Individuals are starting to educate themselves about how they use promptpay to make payments. Of course the flip side of this is that merchants/ companies also register to receive payments via promptpay. Payment can be made using mobile phones, internet banking or ATMs to registered merchants/ companies or individuals. If you specifically wanted to take an order over a website then presumably as one step in your online order process you would get them to pay via promptpay and then enter a promptpay reference number to confirm that a payment really has been made before they proceed to complete the transaction. I stopped using them when other integrated alternatives came along and when I got a C/C machine at the hotel. But I was happy with the Thaiepay service....
