NO NO NO bang em up because with no end users there are no suppliers. Build the jails, give 6 months lead in with making it clear that at the end of 6 months caught with a single tablet and you go down for 5 years no messing. Every day the paper lists names and addresses of those sentenced 5 years 5 years 5 years. Within 3 months usage is down 90% make no mistake. Either do the vast majority of drug users and no one said anything about which addiction is "quicker" - that is a Red Herring. However alcohol causes a lot more damaged lives than other drugs.
