A really great cheap dish in food courts, street stalls, local restaurants. Make sure you ask for it not spicy or it will take your head off, even when you ask for it not spicy it will still have a good kick. It tastes like collard greens and ham-hocks, but can have tofu and other vegetables in it - if you get it in a restaurant. The stuff you buy at the market tends to be just vegetables.
