"Sexy Isaan nurse" says sorry and resigns after online drama

Back in Australia years ago the government made it free to study nursing at university because there was an 80% turnover in nurses in their first 3 years of employment.  That is, they showed up for their job and after a short time realised how much it sucked and then moved on to another job.

Anyone (Sheryl) able to report on the staff turnover level for new nurses here in Thailand?

in another thread i read 45% quit in the first year and another 25% the year after.

I don't even see any sexy pictures? She was properly dressed in all of them.

So she was punished because someone used her virtual property from her FB?

What's wrong with having plastic surgery or looking pretty?

Does being a Teacher or Nurse meant that 1 cannot pose pictures of herself on her own FB in Bikinis or Swimwear too if she is young and in good shape?

Don't be hypocrites.

Hypocrites, the bosses were probably enjoying the pictures themselves but couldn't get any attention from her.

I think their real objections were not about her dress or her face. She posted anti-junta comments and perhaps the bosses and the business owners would not want any repercussions from the military regime.

of course. what other reasons could there be.

but her pictures were used against her wishes. The bosses should have done more investigation before taking action against her, but even then...

Shows the kind of fear the public and private sector has to operate in under this political climate.

I will personally pay her more than her 500 a day wage....

I have an opening....

Thais are children ... SERIOUSLY???

Nose job.  Chin job.  Tight nurse uniform.  Hijacked FB page.

Good luck in your next career.....whatever that might be.

GO-GO dancer @ walking street.

I guess she will be joining the ladies with the light (post).  The schools taught her better than this... generally these types are weeded out...in the first year.

Maybe she has a career in first aid on the racing circuit...

So many snide comments here, very sad ! She says she had nothing to do with it and her permission was not sought to use her pic. Give the girl a chance :)

The usual array of puerile comments I see. What part of the story demands a slagging off by losers who could not get to first base with her anyway?

Looks and sound like one of those Saturday serials at the local theater when I was a kid. It kept you hooked.

She said sorry for the trouble she has caused and promised to adjust her behavior in the future.

hmmm?  Sounds like a lot more to it than we're hearing.  I'm hearing slander & libel. She should "stick it to them" and make the bosses apologize to her. Can't wait for the sequel.

Unlike most shy and demure nurses she has learned to grab for the brass ring.

so much judging going around this forum. too many know-it-all posters. not to mention the sleaze! fake nose, fake chin, plastic face, bad nurse, great future as a ...., etc. tell me one thing. what wrong has this lady done to you? have you no respect for a fellow human being? at 26 years old, her career is just beginning. she may be from a well-to-do family and works as a nurse just for kicks or she could be her family's breadwinner. either way, some here would have something bad to say anyway. despite the trivial nature of the whole thing, she did the most honorable thing she could do. can't say the same thing about the amount of decency that goes around here.

The responses here are showing just how low TVF has sunk in a relatively short time. Should not be much longer before the only people coming here will be the lame sexpats with their unwarranted, juvenile remarks on every topic.

suffice to say, if it ever was a trivial matter, I would stick it too them, if it was a big matter, I would give them my middle finger, always sort after and had a job lined up within days with better pay.

Talk's cheap on the 'net eh.

I think she won't have any problems getting a job, because she better looking than me, but I hope its in the nursing profession, because we need good looking nurses

We need competent nurses. IMO she looks more freakish than good.

Throw her in the slammer. For inappropriate use of "sexy". 0% sexiness there.

Spot on

They seem to have lost one of the best reasons for someone of the male persuasion to look forward to a hospital stay.

I am in medical need everytime I am in Thailand, she can become my personal nurse for the next 2 weeks when I arrive again.

But needs to keep the uniform.

Perhaps someone can explain to me why most of these modern girls all look the same. And non Thai looking.
