Best Forex broker

Hi,

I'm an expat staying in Bangkok, Thailand. I'm quite new here, only been around for a month. Recently my friend introduced to me forex trading and it caught my interest. Wanting to trade, I need a guidance to the best forex brokers around. Any?

Yes I'm well aware of that. However I prefer local brokers so I could get a proper guidance rather learning things from the net. If someone could suggest me a forex community or so I would be more than grateful. Thanks

If you read the link, at the end there are contacts for local offices in bangkok.You might want to visit or call them, as they have seninars,meetings and events regularly.

one question. Do they  Impose any certain rule to trade forex here? I heard that it is illegal to speculate baht. is it true?

There are brokers with IBs operating in Thailand, but virtually no brokers that are home based in Thailand.

 

If you are serious about trading forex speculatively, I recommend you use a Prime of Prime broker like LMAX, Global Prime Au, and such.  As a newbie and even some that think they are experienced, they have no idea the sharks that lurk in this industry.  Many retail brokers know [that you don't know] this and are actually bucket shops in "ECN" clothing.
