Road Death Reduction

This looks like a good idea.  Would be good if they could do it in thailand too.  Basically it encourages passengers to speak up if their mini van driver is driving badly.  It encourages passengers to talk with their driver, and it shames drivers into being aware of their actions.  Has had good results in Kenya this report says.  People participating in the project have seen a 25% drop in accidents.
