BANGKOK: -- A draft social contract or blueprint of national unity and reconciliation is expected to be completed by end of June after which it will be presented at public hearings to be held in all regions of the country to gauge public opinions.

 

Army deputy spokesperson Colonel Sirichan Ngathong told the media on Monday that Army Commander-in-Chief General Chalermchai Sitthisart, in his capacity as chair of the sub-committee tasked with making proposals on national unity and reconsideration, had received a report on feedback regarding national unity and reconciliation from the second subcommittee.
