What you may or may not understand: When one exercises one's muscle, one must think of BLOOD FLOW and capillaries. Yes, it is true, that I could exercise my finger, but doing so would not increase my heart-rate. Do you, or do you NOT, know anything about aerobic exercise? Here is an interesting factoid for you: When one exercises a muscle, say one's root muscle, then capilaires begin to grow, after about three weeks of exercise. Did you know this? I think you may not have known this. ============ Actually, this factoid is based on a bit of validated research from the distant past, a bit of research you might not have known about, until this moment. I just checked with Gemini, and Gemini contradicts what I know....FOR SURE..... So, as usual, Gemini is fully of baloney, and not I..... Gemini, often, plays the fool. I will find this important study, and post it here, when I find it. I do know that I am correct, as always.....for sure..... This finding is KEY to the understanding of how exercising muscles build the capacity to transport oxygen to tissues, muscle tissues....and.... This includes the heart muscle, as well. I am ...NO FOOL....Sir..... I will find this important study and then post it in this Topic. And, by the way: The treadmill is important for many reasons, especially as we age....and.... If it's good enough for a gerbil, then it's good enough for me, too....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just need to find, buy or lease, the best machine for the money. Please do NOT treat this as some sort of JOKE Topic.... Thank you....!!!!!!!!!!!
