Looking for a portrait/headshot photographer

I've been told by my digital marketing people that I need to appear on my websites homepage and so I've been looking for someone that can do creative headshots (and probably a bit of photoshop wrinkle removal)....

Any clues on where to find someone - I've drawn a blank so far.
