100 cops to protect him. Excellent allocation of resources. Keep up the good work, fellas. Don't skimp on that, God forbid the crowd rip him limb from limb, exact some justice and perhaps save you some paperwork. No need to mobilize all those cops for other things like investigating open cases.

a monster sexually assaulted a 7-yr old in a bungalow at the resort behind my home;

within minutes, virtually the entire population of the island was descending on the scene-

the police officer that dragged the bloodied dying perp away from the crowd's justifiable vengence was

pelted with rocks and verbal invective, and has been hated by locals ever since

Raping and killing a young child who trusted him. There can be few lower crimes than this.

I agree... THE most evil crime.

“I was drunk at the time"

This is a very common excuse for crime in LOS.

Very common "extenuating circumstance" to crimes committed by Native Americans in USA.

No Alcohol [emoji481] does not make people do this . I live in Pattaya and drink every day . And no I don't rape young girls. Stoning death , I think not slow enough, hanging , lynch mob far too quick , I think the next 10 or so years in a general population prison , when his cell mates will not think he is such a good bloke . Make sure he is kept alive though. Suffer slowly . RIP young girl .

Incredible self-control... he's trusting this 'justice' system will serve his daughter.  I hope it does and nothing stops the suspect from every being free again.

If it fails this girl, it's failed the country and there's no hope for this place.

You quoted me, but only printed the first paragraph from my post, which was from the original reporting; that's why it was in inverted commas.  Please read the post carefully next time.

"The victim’s father, 64, said: “I never thought he would do this to my daughter – I had asked him to pick her up from school twice before. Now he confessed to the crime so I will let justice run its course. If I have a chance, I will ask him how he could have done such a thing to my family.”

Yes, depends on the crime.  If rape and murder of a child under 16 almost certain life sentence.

Take him out back and let the father beat him to death.

Then shoot him in the head twice just to sure.

Next case.
