Non-O single entry from KL

Hi, Does anyone have experience with getting a single entry (3month) visa non-o (thai spouse) from KL embassy. If so, what is required?

One of them is this one that other locations don't ask for.

Thanks Ubonjoe, I can show the balance no problem. Do you know if singapore still issues single entry visas with no problem and no bank requirement? And also Vientiane?

Singapore may do one but they also want the financial proof. Singapore now requires you do the application online.

Easy to get in Vientiane and Savannakhet with no financial proof.
