are u saying she was staying illegally before and now?   as a Cambodian can ONLY get a visa for thailand in Phnom Penh, she can keep doing the 60 day tourist visa than get the 30 day extensi

  • Not that complicated since they have UK passports. With paperwork from the school they are attending they could get a single entry non-ed visa at a nearby embassy or consulate. Then apply for one year

NOTE the kids can get their ed visa anywhere nearby,  ur gf can ONLY get her visa in Phnom Pehn

If their in international school ask in the office, they will prepare all ur paperwork for you to take and give u all the info u need.

If it is the first time you will need their birth certificates to prove they were born here.

You may also need consent from their mother to take them out of the country.

It would be best if all of you went together to get the visas in Phnom Penh.

You might be interested to know that Cambodia no longer appears on the KL embassy list (March 2017) of countries that cannot get visas there.

No problems with that, consent was given in order to get UK passports.

Have birth certs as well.
