Just went to the school to see the HR officer, she was not so happy when I asked her the address of the labor department. She might have thought I don't believe what she had told me.

She insist that I had to cancel my non-o, then get out of thailand to apply the non-b.

well, anyone knows the address of the labor department? When I searched everything was written in Thai.

Have you considered asking your husband's employer if they can assist you. You say they are very helpful in other ways.

I will ask if they can give some suggestion or not. Because my husband works Prachinburi, our visas were issued in chageonsao (I don't know I spelled it correct or not), but we also went to prachinburi immigration office a couple of times. Honestly, I am not sure his wp was issued in Prachinburi, Bangkok....? Well, but I will ask my husband to consult his company.

Monday, I will go to labour département on my own for clear information.

If possible take a bi-lingual English speaking Thai friend with you.
