The final report by the officer says:
I had to many entries and long time I didn't went back to my home country and that raises speculation of working in Thailand.

The law says that you can make an appeal against the decision but in reality you are not allowed to make use of it!

Your friends can also not help you because they are not allowed to fill out the appeal form and bring it somewhere. It says clearly on the form the applicant have to fill out the form in person.

Maybe if you carry the TM11 form already with you and you still get interviewed by the IO you have the chance to hand it over.

I was in the detention room and from there you are only allowed to talk to the Airline Staff via phone with which you arrived.
I asked to make an appointment with an IO to hand over my appeal. The Airline staff told me that I'm not allowed to make an appeal, i got BLACKLISTED and I have to leave the country asap and she hangs up the phone.

2 minutes later I called again and another employee picked up the phone and told me to get ready for the flight (against my will and agreement).

Only 5 min. later an airline staff came and escorted me to the gate. I asked him if I didn't have to pay for the flight? He answered the flight is free of charge because the airline isn't a low cost airline and they take over the expenses.

As I arrived the neighbour country a staff came to me and told me he has the order to collect 7300 Baht for the flight (flight to bkk the same way was 2500B)
I didn't get any paper to show this amount of money and i didn't get any receipt after I paid. He told me if I not pay he will bring me to the immigration and I will end up probably in the next detention room.

Resume:

Never activate METV on land boarder! (I always believed that is a correct way to do, but it's still redmarked on my entry list!)
Never use a Visa Service Company to Cambodia (Ban Laem) and enter again on the same day, even one time could be to much.
These entries are for some IO fact enough to a speculation of working illegally in Thailand!
-
I still have no information how I can fix this issue and if I'm going to be able to come back ever again to this beautiful country and there people except a few.

PM from Lawyer are welcome!

Thanks for reporting back!   That's excellent first-hand information.

Not sure you need a lawyer as much as a new passport, and looking very wealthy.

I don't understand what digital nomads are meant to do if they want to work from Thailand? There is no visa for them, so of course they will use Ed or Visa free entry.

They are doing more good than harm e.g. bringing money into the country that otherwise wouldn't be here. They pay tax whenever they make a purchase. They are not like these halfwits that work at diving schools and they are not teaching English (usually badly) with papers.

Good on them.

I think some of the members here should cut nomads some slack.

Maybe you can tell us about all the other countries that have special visas for digital nomads LOL........maybe you cut those "halfwit diving instructors" some slack too :P

No other countries do and I would n't blame them for working wherever they want, assuming they are in the country legally of course and not overstaying.

If someone on a two week vacation is checking their work email then should we expel them too?

What about somebody who blogs about their travels for their friends and family and then writes a book?

Where do you draw the line?

The onus is on governments to come up with proper visas for e-workers.

You are not blacklisted from entering the the country and your tourist visa is still valid.

You should perhaps trying entering the country at a friendly border crossing. Most from Laos are OK and Cambodia other than the Poi Pet crossing are OK.. I would not suggest a crossing from Malaysia.

He does, however, have a refused entry stamp in the passport which will cause raised eyebrows at any entry point unless the OP is able to demonstrate that the reason(s) for refusal no longer apply.

The other person who was denied entry flew to Laos and entered at the bridge in Nong Khai.

All he has to have is financial proof that he is not working here.

@Kohphanganlover

Did you only stay in Koh Pangan all this time ? Do you have friends there?

Or did you travel all over Thailand?

Did you ever talk to the Thai police during your stay ?

Is this sound advice and factual? does OP mean red marked as in flagged electronically when activated ?

For that matter interested to know when a tourist visa is activated in a passport ? when issued by consulate or upon entry at border ?

No, because those scumbags are stealing jobs from locals.

Maybe maybe not. Personally when i took up diving i would only have done it if run by a farang as their safety standards were very good (see the Aussie guy who died parasailing the other day)

Have you ever worked in Thailand legally or not or are they in your opinion just throwing people out based on a wild guess ?

I think some of the members here should cut nomads some slack.

Very romantic sounding "digital nomads " they should be called " Digital Parasites"

Swanning into cafe's and restaurants assuming it is their right to occupy the largest

tables required for all their paraphernalia, ordering a coffee or water and sitting for

hours making money on line at the expense of the owner who supplies them with

a free air-conditioned office and when approached to move on write bad reviews

in retaliation, digital nomads my rear end parasites nothing more.

When they start paying their way i will cut them some slack.

An easy fix just have a system in place where max usage is an hour or so, something like Starbucks and others do

An even easier fix is a "kill" switch which turns off the Wi Fi -- best done while the Parasites are actively up/downloading !

All this talk about 'digital nomads', I've been reading about them for days now yet I never once clicked on a digital nomad thread.

It seems that many immigration related threads turn into a digital nomad discussion. It's an interesting discussion but kind of derails the actual news here - people are being denied entry to the country for false reasons.

I think we should stick to the main story - immigration are throwing people out of the country for false / made up reasons.

Why are immigration doing this ?

What do they have to gain ?

Someone has ordered a change in how things are handled. Why is this ?

Who did it ?

What's going on ?

I think you are being a bit judgemental here.

Not all of them are nomads , you can see students and backpackers do the same thing  , order a coffee and sit for hours.   And most digital nomads actually work from inside their own homes or hotels.

Believe me I am being extremely judgemental, I have seen them with my own eyes

and what really pisses me off is the indignant pose they adopt when questioned about

sitting for hours on one coffee or water, as if it is their god given right to free air-con

and internet/wifi and a comfortable free office for the day and the next day and the next

day. Students and backpackers are not in the same league as professional digital

parasites, they generally understand they are occupying revenue generating seats and

will move to help the business ,when asked.

I'd imagine people would spend more if coffee shop owners were not so greedy. Thai students are worse.

Many nomads will use their own wifi via 4G tethering. Often faster than the sucky wifi on offer anyway!

You know a nomad that can actually afford 4G and does not live off noodle soup served from a street cart ?

Amazing !

Then why do they leech of other people in places where they don't need to be then?
