Hello Community

 

I need some Help

 

How to say and write "Sole Proprietorship" in Thai?

 

It should be the Term, if a Thai National want to register a small Business with the local Government

'book khon tamada'  

 

I've forgotten how to spell 'book' in Thai!   'บุก' or 'ปุก'

 

so it's บุกคนธรรมดา

It should spell like this. *บุคคลธรรมดา ;)

บุคคลธรรมดร literally means an ordinary person. It is used in finance to differentiate a person from an entity (such as a limited company, a partnership, a foundation, a representative of an organisation etc.) I therefore do not feel it matches the definition of "sole proprietor" or "sole proprietorship".

 

David Houston's answer sounds more likely.
