I can respect this, "operators", statement that parasailing is safe (for all he knows), but I understand that seamanship, maintenance and common sense play a large part in this. The operator and/or customer, in my humble opinion, is lacking something here! 

Anyone who claims anything is 100% safe is a person who should not be trusted.

If you want something similar but abroad, you could read that:

Parasailing victim plunged to her death right before her boyfriend's eyes (2015, Florida, USA)

It's 100% safe inside the Happy Zones .....

The 5 minute gamble happens everyday in Pattaya .. It's otherwise known as going with tart's .. ?
