who pays the money, is it an insurance company ?........insurance companies in oz will stall compensation payouts till after the person/people are dead, before settling.

why is Thailand different ?

Big pay outs for accidents, could this lead to a change in the safety culture in Thailand?

Or just a change in the size of the payouts?
