Visa Overstay

I will have a 3 day overstay. What is the best way to pay the fine at the airport? I will be flying out of Phuket. Just go on like normal and let the immigration offical catch it or is there something else I will have to do. Thanks for any input.

You should visit immigration before you are overstay with your outbound ticket and try to obtain a short extension of stay. If you overstay you will have to pay the fine and your passport will be marked as an over stayer. But you risk arrest/fine/jail if you are unlucky.

I'm with lop on this one, don't overstay!!

What if you get checked the day before your flight? You WILL be arrested and held pending processing (so you'll miss your flight for sure), then you will be deported at your own expense!.
