Applying For Non B In Bangkok

Featured Replies

I think to remember that when the new visa rules went in effect on October 1, there was a representative of the immigration police,

who said that (if you have the right papers) you can apply for a non immigrant B at Suan Phlu, provided that you have at least three

weeks remaining of your tourist visa.

Is this true? Has anybody has experience with this?

Hello, I have a tourist visa used up my 60 days and extended it for another 30 by doing the visa exempt in cambodia.I am qualified to apply for this here? Also if i am qualified how can i get this withholding tax records? As i understand I will not yet pay tax until i have started working right?

Thanks

I would suggest calling them or talking with them as often times the web site listings are not exactly what they want.
