My air conditioner is moldy and gross inside. Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who can come over and take apart and clean an air conditioner in Jomtien?

There have been many threads about air-con cleaning services in here and the topic resurfaces every few weeks. Maybe a search in the Pattaya sub-forum would help you?

 

I think the general consensus is that no matter which company you call, on the day they may do a good or bad job and there is no real way of telling which you will get. Also from the same company some people get good service and some get bad, which is pretty much Thailand in a nutshell.

 

No matter who comes to do mine I always watch them very carefully to make sure that they do thoroughly wash all the main parts (outdoor radiator fins, indoor rotary fan and fins, drainage tube) and that they dont break any plastic bits, or forget to put back all the screws.

 

Certainly at the moment I only know one company that I would call out again, and several that I would not call again.
