webfact
Poster of a “leaning” building at Ploenchit to face lawsuit By Thai PBS BANGKOK: -- Lumphini police have issued warrant for the poster of a video clip of a hotel building in Ploenchit area to report and acknowledge criminal charge for causing panic after it said the building is leaning and is near collapse. The police took action on a Facebook user, Dr Kanoksak Chongchaipak or widely known as “Mor Earth” , a well-known skin doctor, after the company’s representative which owns the 33-storey building, known as Rosewood Bangkok, lodged complaint with the police over the false information spread on the social media. On Aug 15 at about 12.45pm Dr Kanoksak posted on his Facebook that the building is leaning and subsiding. He also wrote that construction work had been stopped as the building was about to collapse. Thechook
Tell me please, this is joke. It has to be fake news. How many years to translate and issue a warrant for Vorayuth Yoovidhaya? This is totally farcical.

Blackheart1916
The sad thing is, that something posted on facebook can be believed by enough people to start this non event off.

Jonmarleesco
'His post was false and had created social disorder and panic, the police said.' Where do they manage to come up with these charges? Social disorder and panic? Hardly, I think. And from the look of the picture, the RTP might want to take a closer look before it dismisses the post as false. Srikcir
The leaning Rosewood Tower of Phloen Chit It almost seems the building was designed to appear leaning that might be perceived as on the verge of falling down. A sort of building optical illusion.
AWillOz
Chasing crimes commited over social media is going to become the staple task, i think.. never mind what actually happens in the real world, like, "person A stabs person B with a knife", be more interested in persecuting people for what they say is much easier because it's written evidence. IAMHERE
Heck, I thought the company paid extra to get that look. Certainly they wanted a 'different' look and are surprised (angered) when someone points out how well they have done? You can't make this stuff up.
