They give you 50 units for free. Each SMS costs you 7 units so the first 7 SMS's are free, then to get more units you must pay. In other words it's just a trial. As far as I can see it is not exclusive only to Thaivisa.com members, anyone can get the free trial. For me I will just stick to my own phones SMS which only charges 20c AUD a pop for international SMS's.
