  1. Sorry, did misinterpret your post. Sometimes I get a bit annoyed with other posters who don't have a clue what they are talking about but think they are intelligent.
  2. You are a troll. Learn something about doing business in Thailand first.
  3. You lost your bet, back to the bar stool: Benefits of Thailand’s Board of Investment (BOI) | AW Business Services (awbiz.com) Other incentives include: 100% foreign ownership Permission to bring in experts and skilled workers under certain conditions Permission to send money overseas Protection against future nationalization The right to own property in the country
  4. Bigger companies don't have any issues investing 30+ million THB. Like I said before I WORK for one and know many others. Get of your bar stool more often as that is where you probably get your only info from.
  5. You don't know what you are talking about. BOI companies don't need to hire 4 Thai staff for 1 foreigner. Our Thai staff is much more intelligent and earn a lot more money than 90% of the people in this forum.
  6. Absolute nonsense. I work for a fully foreign owned BOI company. More info here: ○ BOI : The Board of Investment of Thailand
  7. I have an 18-year-old daughter and know what she is doing. Your view of women in general is known in this forum but don't match with the majority of educated women's behavior.
  8. There are already loads of international companies in Bangkok. With a BOI company you can own 100% of the said company, the company gets tax incentives and you have less restrictions on foreign workers. So your comment is laughable.
  9. From your own quote: "The right to own a building upon another man's land always relates to the term an right to use and possess the land (i.e the term of the land lease and/ or the right of superficies term)." You have the right to use and nothing more. You can sell this right. If you demolish the house, the landowner can sue you for damages and will win.
  10. I send my daughters to school to learn, not to get fckd by a horney teacher. A teacher is supposed to be in a trustfully position and not be preying on children.
  11. The building license in your name says nothing about ownership (you already said the landowner had given permission). The mortgage on the land says nothing about the ownership of the house.
  12. Yes, you can get a tourist visa and study while having one. You are not allowed to work on a tourist visa.
  13. If the landowner is Thai, the foreigner doesn't own the house but got a guaranteed rental agreement on it. As long as the foreigner doesn't mind moving out and give up the rental agreement for a certain amount of money, there is no problem.
  14. If that is the girl in the pink stringy in Koh Changy, i think she already has.
  15. Trump won't get enough votes, he needs a lot more people than the die-hard Republicans. Most of those people now see Trump for the disgusting low life he is.
  16. No, it is getting money to let somebody live in your property. Then you want to make sure they take care of the place.
  17. The landlord doesn't know what jerks want to rent the property and how they will take care of it. It is their business.
  18. No, as it is still a narcotic and illegal to use. Says so in your own link.
  19. It says: Category 5 consists of narcotics which do not belong under category 1 – 4, such as opium. Permission In general, unless permission is obtained, the manufacture, import, export, sale, possession and use of narcotics in Thailand is prohibited. . ..................................... Category 5: fine of up to Baht 1,500,000 (one million, five hundred thousand Thai baht) and imprisonment not exceeding 15 years;
  20. He has problems there too: Trump's mugshot T-shirt cash grab could backfire and cost him millions: legal experts (msn.com)
  21. No you don't, there are 2 ways. I got mine while on an visa exemption. I had a marriage visa but BOI wanted a non B, then i left the country to cancel my marriage visa and ask for an visa exemption. Got the non B visa in country, which was changed to an extension of stay.
