Surviving Daughter Says Brutal Mum Beat them as well
retarius replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
A truly horrible incident. It makes me sick to read about it. What these poor kids went through. There is no sentence harsh enough for this type of violence against children. RIP children. -
Pita: Move Forward Aiming For 300 Seats In Next General Election
retarius replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Somehow I doubt this. MF will lose momentum in the next 4 or 5 years. If they represent a danger in gaining 300 seats they will have all sorts of dirt heaped upon them in the next 4 or 5 years, not to mention all sorts of phoney scandals and law fare from the CC et al. -
What is the real deal with proposed foreign income tax changes?
retarius replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I have accelerated some saving transfers over to Thailand, to buy assets like land for my missus for when I die. Apart from that I will wait and see what actually emerges rather that to speculate on what might happen. Prayut's reckless spending and borrowing has left the new government short of money and with interest rates going up, borrowing is not an attractive proposition. -
I have the same problem. When I try to reset the password, they never send an OTP like they say they will. When I tried to open a new account, I can't because they say the email is already in use. I never liked them much anyway, so I have just stopped internet shopping completely.

Piyabutr promises to cease attacks on Move Forward

Scumbag. -
Like all presidents Trump did some things very well, and some things totally stupidly. IMHO he beats Biden hands down, and if it's a choice between Biden and Trump, Trump will get my vote. I sincerely hope that JFK (my preferred candidate) runs as independent and puts the final nail in the hated Biden's coffin.

Shame, I really admire Andrew Tate standing upon to the establishment. He's a much more accomplished and likeable than Apple. Guess I'll have to buy the app from somewhere else. What I'm hoping is that Andrew and Russel get together and put out an app that tells us here in Thailand how to pull more women.

Poor cow, as they say. Thank god it has been rescued, what an awful death if she hadn't been (rescued). Now who's for a nice flank steak?

Thai Prime Minister to Open Borders And Enhance Economy
retarius replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Nice hotel the St Regis on E. 55th very close to 5th Avenue. On of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Sounds like a load of blarney what Srettha is talking about. Couldn't he have stayed in a cheaper place? I had a junior suite which cost over $500 a night in 1992. -
All of the Germans I have spoken with use the word 'nein' to say no. 'Nyet' is a word people say with a Russian accent to say 'no', and of course the word is written using the Russian alphabet. There is no 'j' in the official transliteration of 'nyet'. Maybe it is from some other language or a German dialect?

Back pain is awful. Squirting anything including steroids into your lumbar vertebrae can be painful, especially after the op. My mother had one in the US, she had a good initial response but the results were temporary (3 or 4 months of moderate relief). Her doctor told her that only 50% of patients got good relief. I'd be inclined to go to Bangkok where the doctor is likely to be better trained. I don't know why you have ruled it out.

Ex-culture minister offers to surrender to face corruption charges
retarius replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
Reading the comments one might imagine that the OP was about Thaksin. Why do you people have such an obsession with the man? -
I never use condoms, horrible things. Never had VD in Thailand. Caught crabs in the UK though, with a girl who looked great after about 10 pints. I should have known though......she was walking sideways and throwing sand over herself.

Blockbuster movie scares Chinese tourists away from Thailand
retarius replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Take your anti China propaganda elsewhere/ -
Living a good life matters, the best that you can live, whatever your means or your capabilities. You need to do things that make a difference to you personally. Anything outside of your control that you cannot influence matters.

Usual government distractions, digital wallets, free money, semi-monthly pay, where is the economic plan that will provide today's children with decent jobs in the economy of the future? It's nowhere to be seen is it? Because governments cannot think strategically. A few dodgy tactics for the to win power, then noses in the trough until next election. Pathetic.

Red Line train fare to be reduced to Bt20 by New Year
retarius replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
How are the trains going to be able to run with this paltry fare? Where is the money going to come from to subsidise the railways? Ahhh the new taxes on farangs' pensions. Got it now. Thanks Srettha, how about you refund the million dollar airfare you paid to go to New York with your cronies?
