Anyone done this? How does it work? I was told to to apply for a new replacement card on KPlus mobile app which I did. Now I am waiting for the EMS mail delivery to my address. The app says to read the instructions in the mail about how to get the new PIN code for the card. * My question due to logistics and to speed this up as I am not always at the address, is how is the PIN to be delivered, is it shown on the KPlus phone app or do I have to wait for another mail delivery to the address at a later date?

Is Thailand unusual in requiring this? All other countries I have accounts have verified ones identity at the time of account opening so a subsequent new passport would not change anything.
