So I am correct in thinking you are going with approx 10+ of your Mono Panels (you linked to in a previous post)? Which Inverter are you going with? -

Found a Handy Solar Calc. You input your Power Usages and Battery Voltage etc and it will give you Solar Panels Watts and Solar Panels kWh https://www.bimblesolar.com/solarcalc -
Is going solar even possible here?

The Panels you can buy online or at Global for example, but the tricky part is who installs them. You definitely need some one local so in case there is a problem you don't have to wait days-weeks for someone to come over and fix your problem. That ^ is my greatest struggle for going Solar as well Edit: What is your average Electric Bill (units used) per month? -
Any idea who was the architect? Try there.

5kW system with 10kW ESS question

55555555555 My wife has the following simple reasoning - we pay let's say 2000 THB per month in electric. (so 24k per year) - Why would we spend 300.000+ THB on Solar better uses for that money! I tried to convince her that Electricity is only getting more expensive (see what will happen in Sept onward) etc etc but it's no use. Solar is now a project that I have to do on my own and on the sly buy stuff (Panels GTI etc). After I have bought some stuff I will get "hell" (not really) from her, but then it's over and done with (ooh I can't take it back etc ???? ) She also has another reason why she is against Solar, it's because of the ordeal why we had to leave our OLD house (excessive NOISE and was a licensed place) and she is afraid that I will get solar in and we have leave again because the same happening here. In this she has a good point, but this discussion falls way out of the Title of this Topic ???? But I think if we do get Solar, first thing she wants is AC in the living room / More Pumps for her garden etc ???? -

?? 4x12v Battery in Series would make 48v? 4x12v Battery in Parallel would still keep them at 12v? https://battlebornbatteries.com/batteries-in-series-vs-parallel/ -
5kW system with 10kW ESS question
MJCM replied to MJCM's topic in Alternative/Renewable Energy Forum
Thx. We use approx 10-14 kWh a day, so I want (as end result) approx 6-10 kWh coming from solar and the rest from PEA. Reason being is that achieving all coming from Solar is a too big of an investment (for now) (Read: SWMBO) But I guess my wife's the same as Crossy's wife, as soon as she sees the savings she wants more (electric Car for example. While we were in BKK she saw those cute pink ones (Not my cup of tea ???? ) which I believe are Chinese) These ones -

Looking at this Battery https://www.lazada.co.th/products/lithium-phosphate-battery-power-wall-48v-200ah-15s-lifepo4-battery-10kwh-i2771668007-s10076827453.html They write 48v 200ah = 10kWh. Oke afaik the 10kWh is only available if you deplete the Battery to 0%, so if you go only to 50% this would only give you around 5 kWh. Correct? So you are better (cheaper) buying 4x of these (put them in series) and buy a BMS and you have also a bit more storage https://www.lazada.co.th/products/1-deep-cycle-gel-12v-250ah-i3332317210-s12367060291.html Am I Correct? Ps: Not talking about Lithium / Gel etc just about the absolute and usable storage! -
I only can say, just look at the manual and look what you can adjust + it even has a anti-cycling function! Edit: It's running now 2 years trouble free in our Current House! We recently changed the Hitachi Inverter in our old House to this pump! Edit: Ps: Just look this pump up on youtube and see what it does when you open 2-3-4 taps at once!! No reduction in water flow, the pump just ups the RPM

This one (used for the house only) https://www.dabpumps.com/en/products/multistage-centrifugal-and-self-priming-pumps/automatic-booster-system-with-inverter/esybox-mini-3

Maybe helps? https://www.dodsonbros.com/led-lights-flying-insects/

No worries mate!! ???? @Crossyhas the answer as always ???? Ps: The reason why I asked is because I want to up the pressure on our Pump from 2,6 to 3,6 Bar (can even go higher) and I just wanted to know that it doesn't burst the pipes (all are 13,5 spec though)
-
Most certainly does in our case, but for the OP I also sincerely doubt it ???? Why I wrote most certainly does, because the delivery guy lets us know that a package has arrived for us (early morning when gets in the Depot) and then asks us what we want. 1- Leave it at the Depot 2- He brings it around 3- He delivers it to our friends (which is NOT his Route) Absolutely Great service!

AN has the answer
-
Edit: And google and AN answers often are not the same
-
Kerry is by far the best in our area, the delivery driver even will drop stuff at our friends house in a different area when we are not at home. But it helps we tip them well, Flash is also good, but there is one (won't mention the name, and NO not the same as the OP) that is Shockingly bad and they even got my wife (who is calm itself) angry!

Does anyone know the max pressure (Bar) for Blue PVC Pipe. Preferably for both 8 and 13,5 thickness. TiA

I think you are best of with AirBnB, reason being not a lot of condo's can be rented for such a short period. I think the minimum they want is a term of 6 months or even a year. Have a look here and try to contact the agencies that list these! https://www.hipflat.co.th/en/search/rent/condo_y/TH.BM_r1/any_r2/1000,20000_p/any_b/any_a/any_w/100.6244261045141,13.77183154691727_c/12_z/list_v

^ +1 It would be also a bit difficult to get a bank statement (piece of paper) from the Bank in another country to give to immigration on the same day as going to immigration! Ps: Our Immigration only accepts same day Bank statements with a balance update as well! (add / withdraw some money to the account before going to the bank)

In your banking app it's called something like Cardless ATM or Withdraw ATM. Via SCB ATM's it works by entering a code they sent to your mobile in the SCB App and via BBL it works via Scanning the QR code the BBL ATM provides via your BBL Banking App!
