Swiss Man Admits Killing Missing Thai Wife: Police
CharlieH replied to webfact's topic in Isaan News
If you confess, as he apparently did, and all the other pics of criminals pointing and admitting, the sentence is greatly reduced if you do, and severe if you plead not guilty and are then found guilty. -
I'd take the sleeper train down to Bangkok and then continue on either train or Bus from there. Thats a hell of a trek on a Bus probably 12+ hrs

Enquire with Thaipost. I believe they have a service where you can address it to yourself and the Post office address in that area and mark it "for collection".

UNmute your life story while you still can… You don't have to be called Michael Jackson, Steve Jobs or an American president to have your own BioPic. Dutch-Brazilian documentary maker and film biographer Ernst Daniel Nijboer has chosen Thailand for the introduction of his latest concept… BioPic4Ever. Surf.radio’s Leigh Higgins did a recent LIVE interview with Daniel, explaining this concept in an easy way. Here it is, courtesy of ASEAN NOW media partner Surf.radio: The biographical portraits contain life stories or careers in a video or manuscript. As a successful bio-videographer, the former journalist made biopics for celebrities, music bands, and entrepreneurs in Europe and North and South America. We have been familiar with biographies in book form for some time, but until now bio-films were only reserved for famous artists or politicians. The unique and original formula of the BioPic4Life and the BioBizzPic now makes it accessible to everyone. Because every person is unique and has a life story that will prove valuable for posterity. “Customers approach me for different reasons”, says Ernst Daniel. “A BioPic4Life for Comfort, or a BioBizzPic for Pride. For example, the trend where children give their parents a BioPic4Life as a thank you for the life they have given. The most personal and valuable gift you can imagine, and which will be cherished by posterity and future generations for many years to come”. The BioBizzPic summarizes fond memories and highlights of a past career. As an original farewell gift as a crowning achievement for the retiring director or CEO. In addition to various interviews with the main character, there are also conversations with family members, friends or loved ones with memories, often an eye-opener for the person in question. “A BioPic4Ever is like an obituary that has already been approved in advance. It’s an investment in memories so it may never fade into oblivion”, concludes Nijboer. For more information, contact: [email protected]

around 595 (of course, thats weight-dependent) that includes a 30bt insurance if you want it, if you do ask for "epacket plus" Delivery times ultimately depend on final address, as some can be in remote areas. In my experience, it rarely goes beyond 15 days, generally between 10-14 days. Only formality is the green declaration that has to be affixed to the front, stating what it is and its value.

Pink Id card for foreigners
CharlieH replied to Enquiry123's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
This topic has run its course and is now CLOSED. The Pink card and Yellow book has its uses.As is so often the case in Thailand not every place and application will be consistent. There are many many documented benefits of having them for the holders at the time/circumstances. It is upto the individual to assess if they have potential benefit for their circumstances. They are without doubt convenient and beneficial for many but not all and in every circumstance. -
Depending on where you live there a a number of expat food stores that carry a variety of products and of course some are also selling them on Lazada. So there are some alternatives.

In my area, you cannot obtain a Pink ID without the yellow book as that book ID is incorporated in the Pink card. -

I suggest they want the Passport as that is what is used to open the account and it links it all together for their procedures. Not allowed to think outside the box.
