Unless you are receiving another pension you will NOT be affected by WEP. RMD's are not a trigger for application of WEP to reduce your benefit. I think the only reason your SSA payments would go down at this point is because you may decide to have federal tax withheld rather than face a lump sum payment and possible a penalty when filing your annual federal tax return.
