  1. Thai leaders got what they wish this should have been expected years even before covid they were doing this story was your bus operator with their own guides. Out of hand complaint they cramp down. This happens for reasons Immigration corruption next local police with the local Mayor.
  2. Simply, lack of training and education, Sure <deleted> happens everywhere but here you can generalize pretty well as to the problem. You can't take you education on a motorbike which is a weapon then progress to cars even worse Truck and buses without knowing the handling isn't going to be the same. With Tons of steel like a Nuclear Weapon you can't just stop on a dime.
  3. I hope it does come true, but like you " controlled manipulated but those who live under a rock will soon tell you " Rubbish " ???? will cut and paste you Economy 101 that isn't possible.
  4. I met either the owner or manager once thought he was pretty customer services oriented. Not sure but Dollhouse had something maybe a partnership with Electric Blue and Beaver. I saw girls going over at times seen some work mixed with all three clubs. Upstairs XXX, precovid then after Electric Blue when that happened I figure as you money tight. As for Windmill from stories he wasn't well like particular from the head of the group on Soi 6, he got snitched on a number of times even seem setup his placed got raided. A few days later back in business. The size of his place I can see why he might want to open other clubs like just across from original Windmill. I can imagine the headache of key money, rent, and staff for having more location. Dollhouse the footage would seem as if it could be 3 clubs in one already to the all the Windmill clubs. They got the upstairs, shower shows even a B.J. glass booth lower level. After Covid,. when Electric Blue moved upstairs taking over XXX I went in a number of times you could see the writing on the wall.
  5. That is too bad! Personally I'm not a big fan of Windmill, Never like the setup plus girls style or theme of school girl outfit. Sitting at the stage having to look at white school socks and high heels turn me off. Hands on even it wasnt my thing Dollhouse had total nudity Annabelle when closed they went to Dollhouse. From a busy standpoint the Windmill 1,2,3, would fail, better to just move and improve One location to Dollhouse which also has a upstairs it is large enough like having 3 clubs.
  6. There are a few clubs GoGos that in the past have spend a great deal. Majority I don't buy drinks at all I don't particular care to make friends or small conversation with Mamasan or manager but I'm always polite to everyone although under my breathe I'm thinking something else 555 particularly if waitresses, Mamasan ask me to buy them a drink or tip them. Recently had one tell me she was hungry that was new to me. I've had a male manager buy me a comp but that was since I spend a lot and a regular. After covid he moved to a new club in conversation catching up I offer a drink for old time sake but he made no gesture wanting one.
  7. You not <deleted> funny! And I have a real good sense of humor. Thanks for the blacklisting! ????
  8. You got it all but you being the anal retentive type is more concern with the comma. I suggest you go to the forum rules and read the grammar Part. Don't forget to bring your hand wipes when you go out SMF.
  9. Hell Scuba you must be the guy that I saw regularly top tier section. Once I turn saw not too far away a guy on the floor, he had this girl on her back legs were up on counter. LOL, When it comes to Dollhouse pre-covid has a few good one there was an older but good body that was top notch service. Now Dollhouse closed but door and lights on with guard at door. He mentioned everything has moved to the old Misty location. I didn't go in guy wave me in seeing the Chipindale Ad outside window I shook my head asked Gay club? , he just smiled?

  11. My apologise for the reading properly. First! You mention CM, another ask location with your response. As far as I know you might have posted CM but Asean selects your topic put it in the main Asean page with all new topic as far as I can tellisnt base on location. Now to your problem " gutter " My assumption your current is metal or aluminum if you don't want to change and use current all you got to do is get chicken wire measure the width of gutter cut pieces to lay on top your current gutter there are brackets to hold them up at the tip is a bendable tab insert a bit and fold that should hold it in place. Will keep all the leaves out. Or you can replace the unit with PVC plastic lots more expensive buy at places like Homepro, you lick them together like leggo, they make a plastic screen perfectly fitted that goes on top. The last ten years slowly removing section. If you are lucky you can buy a strip for 350 baht it might fit on top of current gutter.
  12. I'm spite of knowing the government appointed his brother to continue the corruption as Mayor.
  13. Surprise Surprise just one charge? The apple don't fall for as r from the tree. He's already gone sub leasing Thaksin old crib hanging out with Red Bull runner.
  14. I dont need to see it once you seen one pigeon <deleted> that is enough States we call pigeon rats with wings. But it would clear up what is your actually actual problem and why the spikes don't work. Another suggestion but messy, here I'm not seen there is a sticky substance you put down in areas cause it bothers their feet. With heat here it will dry quickly. You can power wash the area knock their nest down and come out daily and use a hose to scatter them away after they will find a new location hopefully your neighbors place LOL
  15. Your only choice is to pick from the <deleted>ter when that happens your going to get one thing ????
  16. I'm sure he will have an avenue to get reimbursed. ????
  17. They can't be nesting on your entire roof out in the open in the heat? Normally they nest in corners shaded areas. Netting is the best method but depending on the roof material can be tough attaching can go to stores like Homepro window section. Next option they have metal or plastic spike strips that can be placed so they can't nest they are long enough to poke their behinds.
  18. Just another smoke and mirror politician outside of a speech or photo op he is powerless he works and represents the corruptions.
  19. Wearing a helmet is important it doesn't matter what the person think if it is required then it is up to the authorities to enforce it which when it comes to Thailand, that is the problem here with most things. In the early 90's, in California I was involved by accident law requiring helmets. All the excuses were there from groups including the Hell's Angels No way my freedom you hear that a lot even today. The data was overwhelming as to the need, of course no helmet is going to save you if you are far exceeding the speed limits or driving recklessly as they do here in Thailand. At that time the cost to taxpayer over a billion once the law was implemented and enforced the cost dropped dramatically. It isn't just lives but the greater cost if one doesn't die. The human makeup the tissue around the head is just that cerebral cortex the most valuable area, reason the helmet is design like a mushroom for that area protection. Here in Thailand I agree poorly made but something is better than nothing that bare skin dame with protective clothing. One can have a simple accident slip fall hit their head in the wrong spot your number can be up worse yet which are in many cases paralyzed the cost to tax payor is a lifetime. You see the data of death the greater cost in Thailand not often mentioned the emotional toll if they don't and the medical and dependent cost. Yes, education is a key and enforcement is part of that education the solution to reducing the problem is simple but as long as Thailand doesn't understand the problem things will never change. The data is there all you got to do is take the time.
  20. That is very valid, reason why I don't look at new. Whatever a person just my opinion save going in ground level I rather wait. In new, if timing and allow like to see less dangerous area that might be finished to get a sense of the workmanship and design this allows a sense of future problems. New, try to research prior developments, if possible go and pretend you are a potential buyer all the things I wrote earlier will give you a good guess what you just brought into will be like, maintenance, common fee payment etc. and committee how they are form and their strength. Take a hundred owners for example if you get 2 to show up that would be a miracle. Less involvement the more control the management has and if they are what I've seen in Pattaya, that isn't a good thing. Developers usually go with what and who they know. When you talk about strong committee and I've not seen too many but my experience isn't the final view is that the rules or bylaws the chair should be from one of the owners Thai or foreigners that has the final say and not the management company I'm one that believes they work for you. I've seen too many project where the committee really has no say here these management seem to have things backwards. Good luck, personally find your own answers they are there new or not.
  21. With a real estate background when looking at Condos years ago or any development here these are my guidrlines. Fees are based on size of units. I keep the size Complex as small as possible the larger the more problems in all areas. When interested I walk and view as much as possible that includes the stair areas this allows me to see for myself how well kept and the quality of building and maintenance. If interested continue if possible if reluctant red flag I want to know how many owner occupy and how many aren't paying their monthly or yearly fee. In my research I've seen complexes where many particularly Thais owners don't pay and nothing is done. This is a major red flag to me one doesn't have to be an expert 2x2 = 4, if can be obtain the accounting of the complex what comes in where it goes out how much and to whom. Writing between the lines can provide a real good sign as to what to expect. Even trying to attend a Condo meeting can be important. You can learn alot on your own first about management on your own.
  22. Staff can't help cause if they had to take the test themselves would fail can't help or answer what they themselves never learn or practice.
  23. Just like I said why bother with elections. The coup happen for one reason 2014, to take control prevent fighting from the Red, if the man passes. After it took those who put puppet 0 as the face to reconstruct a constitution that was taken to the big house for approval it was only then a election was allowed to be held as we know now it is just a show for Thais who actually think they have a choice like they did with Pita. There is only one guy that matters.
