Without sounding like i am being rude, it really sounds like you have no clue what you are talking about.

Aweber is a service which allows management of email lists for communication and marketing purposes,customer lists etc. not sure why you think anybody is being deceived as this thread is CRYSTAL clear on what people are signing up for so there is certainly no deceipt whatsover involved.

The people that choose to visit the website after reading the very clear information provided on this thread and on the website, and after they are completely clear on what they are signing up for which by the way let me make it clear so nobody can possibly think anyone is being deceived

You are signing up to a list so you can be informed of meetings and to be kept up to date on the CM Internet Marketers masterming Group.

They then sign up to the list which will be used to manage all members and send them information, such as dates for meetings, notices training tips advice etc.

It is fine to be sceptical but and if you are interested in how ppl make money then come along but please keep an open mind and learn about things prior to making false statements such as people being deceived when all information is clearly disclosed.

Everyone is welcome to come along and learn, all we ask is you have a positive mental attitude and an open mind to learning, if you are coming along with the intention of trying to pick it apart and are a negative person I am afraid those sorts are not welcome as it will be disruptive to others who really want to learn.

Hi Everyone

Had Lunch with Vacationman today to preliminary plan out the first meeting of the CM Internet Marketing Mastermind Group, which if you dont know already we will be holding this coming tuesday evening at (Kad Suan Kaew Mall see website for details).

I misunderstood the initial concept - I'm not an internet marketer in the sense you guys refer, but am currently working on a project that uses facebook promotion, plus a new website... would I qualify for a sit-in??

You don't say whether you are already an IM or just someone who wants to try? If the latter, i doubt those already making a bob or two online will want to spend time sitting around talking about the bog-basics of Internet Marketing with newbies.

If the former (already an IM), then that might be an interesting group because 'like minded individuals', as you put it, will be on the same or similar page and may benefit from bouncing ideas around amongst themselves as fellow IM's.

There could be a potential for a start-up group too, but like i said above, it's unlikely that experienced IM's will want to join only to sit around talking about stuff they can already do with their eyes shut.

Lets face it it will ony be a few hours a week and I am happy to get out of the house and help out those that dont know anything, cause I remember when I was at that point and it is hard to get anyone to really help out ,so now that i can, I am happy to and hope that there is enough interest to get this thing going.

I like your attitude to new comers. I personally would be interested but lack the talent or what ever it takes. Actually I am the opposite of a nerd. It has taken a lot of lessons to know that I know nothing. But I would be interested. Maybe some time down the line some of the members would be interested in sitting down with some newbie (Wanna Be's)

I hope it all works out for every bodies mutual good.

Sounds like we are alike as I was also the complete opposite of a Nerd and while I have been making money online since 97 it is only recently I taught myself how to make website and do the so called technical stuff and it really is not that hard and in many cases you dont even need a website but it does help to know some simple things, which sound hard but when explained in a simple fashion its quite simple really.

Anyway for certain I dont want to excilude anyone from this group, I hope we get some big guns that decide to show up and give back, to the absolute newbie that wants to learn how it all works either way hopefully it will be benficial to all who attend.

for those of us that would like to socialize with like minded individuals.

We have spoken with about FIVE Lawyers and 3 Language Schools this week.

The only thing any of them agreed upon is the EVERYONE should try to AVOID

the Thai Embassy in LAOS at this time.

Apparently many people are having VISA Problems there and NOT just Tourist Visa

problems.

Sooo we will take thier advise and fly to KL or Singapore as reccomended.

Guess its not as easy as it once was a friend in Holland could not get an O visa and was even given the run around for a tourist visa having to give a detailed itinary for his trip of 4 months

The Paypal TOS are heavily in favor of the customers. As soon as they say/click on the dispute button... funds are held from the seller's account. Not to mention that the fees are above what it would cost you with a real merchant account. So you are forever (until you grow into a larger business) at a cost disadvantage to the larger players. People whine about them a lot, but you can't argue with their business model. It's great as long as you're a shareholder and not someone trying to make a living with it as their main conduit of revenue (and just IMO but the folks who have to rely on it "running businesses from home" will only continue to grow).

I have always found in business that good customer service is a priority and if you are mailing something send it via trackable post.

PayPal are fine to work if it is a tangible product and you can prove you posted it.

With but with Digital Products your out of luck and basically with my Digital products I just simply refund them the moment they request money back no questions asked, then I block them from purchasing from me again.

It is only a very small minority that will steal your products and not worth losing sleep over. I have never had more than 1 paypal account and see no need to do what the OP was suggesting unless he is into something dodgy.

I love the sausage and the Bacon from SK and I really enjoy the pies, but I think the curry's are not very good value, 135thb for a little bit of curry and rice, I find it expensive for the size. Don't get me wrong they are very tasty but in my opinion not that good value for the money.

He has actually shrunk the size of the currys since the last time I ordered it used to be the whole thing full of curry but now he puts rice in half of it now so has pretty muched halved the volume of curry that was previously in the package.

Still very tasty and if you buy direct its only 100 Baht so not that expensive for what it is but I would prefer him go back to the decent man sized portions.

I truly believe that Thaksin looks upon Kim Jong-il with envy and jealousy of the first degree. I am sure wherever he was watching the recent military parades in North Korea, he was sat dreaming of himself in the same situation passing on some form of dynastic power to his offspring.

How long is it since you've eaten there? I did not think it was nearly as good as when I ate there last - something like 10 or 12 years ago.

Not sure if they have a branch in Luang Prabang but yes its been there for years and is located on the square (they call it the circle) its run by a swiss guy excellent french bread and sandwiches and pastries.

As for french sticks Kad farang rimping has good ones but you have to get them on the day of delivery as they like to continue to sell them 2-3 days old and you just cant do that with french bread LOL

I visited Vientiane recently and was looking for good bread and croissants. I can honestly report that Butter is Better's croissants were a little better that the ones in Vientiane that most people told me were the best in town.

I have to admit that i am not sure about French baguettes because B is B do not make them, but they do have a nice crusty Italian loaf that has a lot of fans.
