  1. Yield on 10 years treasure are going in opposite direction in the US and China. Yield is going up to 5% in the US while falling to 1.6% in China. As some point, something will break.
  2. China 🇨🇳 will have a lot of fighting hands with all the closed down factories. Historically the Chinese engage in civil war before they venture outside their own borders. 🍿 🍿 🍿 🍿 time.
  3. The list of inspected buildings. https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/1JWtFQ6eAsmKPNgmGSmY3LGytyeuG4UVT?usp=sharing
  4. You can just check the stock price of the developers. If we can scrape 950 million baht together, we can take over Italthai.
  5. With fewer buyers rent will go up. Same thing happened after the 2008 sub-prime crises in the US.
  6. I don't think you know how the Bretton Woods agreement works.
  7. My anti gecko alarm system. 20220302190407755_C3X(F84185357)_F84185357_16-9.mp4
  8. Do you have these installed in your eaves? You could also have geckos, they run around and are very active at night. I use to have them. Nature found a wild solution for me. I will dig it out and post it.
  9. Did a coolant vent screw bresk off?
  10. Below is a link to all the inspected buildings and a translation of the unsafe (red/yellow) buildings. Edit: Sadly, the upload is too low resolution, but it is ALL government buildings and public hospitals. https://drive.google.com/drive/mobile/folders/1JWtFQ6eAsmKPNgmGSmY3LGytyeuG4UVT?usp=sharing
  11. @Crossy, You have all DEYE inverters, 4 in total, right? Was there a specific reason for selecting DEYE or will all the major brands do pretty much the same. What is your opinion on SOLIS inverters?
  12. Penny stocks are not very desirable, but when you are a low satang stock, you can almost hear the toilet flush.
  13. Now might actually be the golden time to be a landlord and rental rates could go up. With fewer people buying, more people will be renting at a time where the inventory of available units is dropping, because of damage. A similar shift happened after the sub-prime crises in 2008. Sales went down - rents went up.
  14. Very interesting solution. What is the difference between the two mains out? The 6.2 kW unit is rated foe 48V DC batteries and listed together with a 12.8V battery. Are you suppose to connect 4 batteries in series? That will give 51.2V, close enough to 48V? Wouldn't it be better to connect a 5 kWh LVTOPSUN battery, it isn't that much more expensive.
  15. UPDATE: Three high-risk government buildings in Bangkok no longer suitable for people to enter have been identified on Wednesday afternoon. The three are:Thotsamintarathirat Building at Ratchawithi Hospital in Phya Thai district of Bangkok, Department of Revenue building, Immigration Bureau office building. --- The Department of Public Works and Town and Country Planning said on Wednesday, high-rise 34 buildings in Thailand, mostly in Bangkok, have been declared uninhabitable due to Friday's quake in Myanmar. The Department has inspected the structural integrity of 3,375 buildings so far, and 3,130 can be used as normal, while 211 suffered from moderate damage but are still habitable.

  17. Can you share August-December for 2023 and 2024 also? Can you make it through the rainy season without tapping into the grid with your 20 kWh battery? Would it be nice to have another 10 kWh or it wouldn't make a difference?
  18. What is your historical lowest monthly production? Not a monthly you were away, but weather limited month.
  19. By curtailment I don't mean you reducing your usage, but power that your panels don't produce, simply because usage is lower than production capacity, battery is full and you can't export. Just your best guess, maybe another 100-200 kWh in a good month? I still don't get why your production and consumption always match in your chart. Is battery charging counted as consumption? @Crossy 's is very different with the two parameters moving independently.
  20. What is the lowest drawdown you have seen on your 95 kWh battery pack? With your consumption, you almost have 2 days battery capacity. Is that a sweet spot or overfill just because you could?
