  1. Super creepy. You obviously saw nothing on his Facebook , Twitter and Insta! You search his old my space yet?
  2. Umm. Hard to believe no one mentioned this. Go to a dispensary get the good stuff, smoke it. Then have some " laughers!" But sorry to say eating more may come into this equation again ????
  3. What does that have to do with 71 being considered elderly in the world? I'm sure tomorrow you will have a family member , wife's family , friend, neighbor, sister in law , daughter , favorite noodle lady story that defies the odds. It's unbelievable. You da man.
  4. With 1.5 million posts what can you expect? Probably has an EXACT number of days that would be considered ok and I'm sure will let the forum know sometime. Ad nausea.
  5. I was thinking perhaps British humor. Or Humour ???? But it could have been funny to get your point across.
  6. I just hope only Italy and Japan are in charge of cuisine served on board or there will be a major failure.
  7. I don't get it. Do you walk from Suvarnabhumi to central Bangkok? Most take an air conditioned meter taxi. They have good A/C and they don't smell. Confusion? I don't get that either. How is it any different at 10am or 4 pm or 8 pm etc?
  8. Well then there is the 687 day overstay option or if a really long time the 6087 day overstay option.
  9. Yes. Even Canadians have reported they could not enter the USA ( in old days you could drive in with a drivers license) with a minor marijuana charge. Hopefully that has changed. They used to go back 20 years and find these offenses.
  10. I think British use direct a lot but they mean non stop? It's very confusing. Even direct to me means you make a stop but then continued on the SAME airplane. But non stop is really correct for " no stopping " seems pretty easy. For most people if it's one stop or two stops it means a transfer. Not the same plane.
  11. The poster I was commenting on asked me if there was a " better " country for n Asia ( than Thailand) and as you must have read my comment I said I don't judge countries like that etc
  12. My last trip before corona I flew Boston to BKK round trip via a free stopover to Hong Kong in Premium economy for $1380USD on Cathay.
  13. Two other posters were accusing myself and others. I think the both of them are. Just read the comments ( if you are bored) you'll see what I mean. They do this on other threads too because they think they can read minds.
  14. What about Japan , Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan , Hong Kong and Singapore? Asia is more than bordering countries to Thailand. Also Indonesia has VOA for at least 30 days for many countries and Philippines. Which was similar to Thailand. Remember the 45 day scheme is just till 3/31/23. Vietnam offers many countries in Europe too. The countries you listed are not exactly popular entry points from ANYWHERE in the West as well.
  15. I don't really think of countries As good or bad but obviously you do. I think Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong all allow 90 days for many passports. I've only lived in Japan before. It's quite an amazing country with a standard of living that is incredible. Much higher than Thailand and most countries. Also the point I was making has nothing to do with your silly comment.
  16. The immigration officer flipped through every single page of my new passport when I entered Thailand 3 weeks ago. They did this with my old passports as well. I know what you are saying about they can see info on us but Im not really sure if all of it is in front of his face on one page. After this he spent more time with my tourist visa as well. I thought that was what he would look at first. If they really see all your entries easily on their screen why all the page flipping?
  17. With a Western passport? Tons of countries allow 90 days no visa. Many countries in Asia allow 90 days as well. I don't think 45 days is even slightly generous. Just my opinion.
  18. I don't think maga is the main reason for some wanting him released. I don't even think there are as many people who TRULY are maga. It's a very convenient and condescending term often used for Republicans and people who are even almost center. I see the term on this forum so much that it just becomes boring. DT won't be president again but soo many people are still obsessed with this ( again even more on this forum) I've said she is a great player. I'm interested in her opinion about the USA more now than before. Will she still object to the national anthem? Will that still be part of her legacy? Did she grow in prison as many before her have. She is 32 I think. She says she will help others that were in the same position as she was. Who knows with her help Whelan may be released in the next year. I don't think that should be a negative at all. But she has a GREAT opportunity right now to show everyone including Maga people ( yup I said it again ) what a great woman and strong women and intelligent woman and much better liked by all women that she is ( even more ) in the coming year(s). If she does this successfully maybe she can be President someday. Ever think of that?
  19. Oh ok. So you and a couple others hate Whalen because he is a white middle aged bad man. Now it's all very clear. She of course did not get herself into this mess. If she did not carry illegal drugs into Russia she would have never been in jail and none of us would be posting on this thread. Can you or any of the others haters of Whelan at least agree on this very simple post? Gracias ????
  20. The true haters on here keep projecting through their infinite mind reading capabilities who is showing hatred, while other posters are just having a disagreement with what happened. Not a single person on here who has posted saying that this deal was not a good deal thinks that way because of someone's skin color or sexual orientation. There now I get to read minds. I think she is a great basketball player. The real haters see her as a black lesbian basketball player and they all think she should have been released and not someone else or maybe just not yet until someone else is released.
  21. The article states this: "The officers also inspected the fire exits and conditions of each facility. They stressed to the operators that they must strictly comply with safety precautions such as keeping their fire exits open at all times." I'll bang on about this. The fire exits should be unlocked ( which they are commonly not, I've tried many over the years). They should not be kept open!!! Huge difference! I'll keep banging on if you think this is good! What fire inspector would ever make such a stupid comment.
  22. Canada has just done weed completely wrong. They could not even keep up with demand for a long time in the beginning! Remember that? That helped with stocks tanking. The USA is the poster child for legal weed. Just little tiny Massachusetts made over $2 billion in weed last year!
  23. I think Thai weed/stick has been around and easier to get than you realize. The kids here especially outside the big cities are able to get it their whole lives. It was certainly easy for me to get since the mid 90's here. I just didn't like the quality. The only reason there will be a " fake " increase in youths smoking here are just more pics or vids of kids smoking bongs or joints as you mentioned earlier. Sooo many Thais seem to be influenced by these often rare and staged pics we have seen and will see. The shops I've stopped into in Bangkok have been 100% tourists. What other things that became legal here have Thais used/done in excess after they have become legalized? I can't really think of any. Americans however are quite excessive with just about everything, even exaggerating things.
  24. Who exactly am I hating? You pulled that out of your mind too? This was a win for Putin. I guess you love him.
