If coffee and tea makes you sick the solution would be: don't drink coffee and tea. Water, Orange juice, beer, there are many good choices. If you need the caffeine in the morning: buy caffeine tablets

Worth for what? If you are a runner and healthy I don't see any reason to start keto. If you are massive overweight or diabetics type 2, than keto might be the solution to your problems but if you don't have problems there is not much point into it.

COVID-19 cases will probably rise after Songkran festival

A sample of 2 of the group that is in the biggest danger and they had a few days sore throat. how many healthy people do you know that got either very sick or died with Omicron? Before Omicron I know several who got very sick, but zero with it. That all does not sound like a reason for big panic -

not small. OK maybe in Thailand small, but Europe is destroying their economy and freedom first for Covid and now for the weather. There are kids who really believe they are the last generation because the planet will die. And they get more radical every day -

and the easiest to fix.....junk industrial food with way too much sugar (overweight, high blood pressure, diabetics)...which is also responsible for a big share of the covid deaths. I read that in Thailand are already 10% with diabetics...and always increasing -
bridging a fuse, without knowing why it has been gone is usually a bad idea...but if the alternative is the trashbin and you don't care a firework + the wires and fuses in the house are good it might be worth a try....I tried if I can get a stuck aircon compressor running this way. It was spectacular, some metal connectors evaporated, housing had a hole, small explosion...

Pheu Thai’s Popularity Might Ebb Over Digital Wallet Policy
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
No I think it is the new digital central bank money. No need for a loan, you can create it out of nothing. (Of course the consequences are a disaster, but who cares tomorrow) -

Easy...open it, remove all the dead geckos that are inside, look for broken capacitors and fuses....capacitors are very often the reason and easy to replace, easy to see, if they are mechanical deformed. Look for other burned parts inside. If can't find something within an hour -->Trashbin And believe the warnings of the others....Microwaves are way more dangerous than other broken devices, they can really bite if you don't know what you do.

Why would they need to borrow money for digital WEF central bank money. You can create and destroy it without any base for it with some clicks -

Yes and from having too much electric, and as soon as the evening comes or some large clouds far too less and some coal power plant need hours to ramp up. That is horrible.... -

No savings, huge debts: More and more Thai seniors struggling to survive
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Can't be bad in Thailand. We tried many month to find a cleaning woman for the office. Someone that really works (not someone who chat with the other staff and plays on the mobile phone). We did not care if the person is 16 or 80. At the end we took the salary and split it with all the staff and told them they must clean themself. Everyone was OK with it, but it is not that there are hungry people struggling.....People are picky on what they want to do..... -

So your solution is stealing money from the young one to pay back the debts from the old one. A socialist nightmare -
But there are a lot of Thai hypocrites who make the police big problems. You always see that mob when they demand from the premier to make some day alcohol free. These groups don't get angry about slavery, or some big environment problems. But if there is a naked nipple they are up in arms...And they are well connected

From allies to election enemies: Pheu Thai and Move Forward go to war
h90 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
One is a successful but corrupt oligarch that worked his way up from the bottom. The other a ultra left, from a rich family and backed by foreign NGOs. No surprise that they don't really like each other. -
I got pretty good deals for small quantities on Shopee, which surprised me and no hassle with importing from China

Interesting.....I did not ground anything and I did not do any connection on purpose. Didn't had a problem so far. But most probably grounding would be a good idea. I saw that one neighbor has some very tall radio antenna. I hope every lightning goes to him first....
