  4. Yes , neutral is likely grounded every 3rd pole. The ground will be a separate wire running down the pole to ground or as I have seen in some older installations, joined to the protruding rebar at the top of the pole. Of course you will still be providing your local earth.
  5. Have received many larger packages from Lazada, very rarely do they contain any duct tape. Plenty of Sellotape (Scotchtape us) but no duct tape , as said, rarely. Personally I welcome a well cushioned package when fragile items are involved. People would soon complain if minimal packaging and broken items.

When I see somebody indicating a left turn I expect them to move to the right before executing the turn as I assume that they are making the turning radius larger.
