New Lawsuit Seeks Dissolution of Thaksin-Linked Coalition Parties
OneMoreFarang replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Why should the laws not be enforced? Thaksin is meddling illegally in Thai politics, there is no doubt about that. Why should he get away with another crime? -
Historian Urges Thaksin To Stop Pulling Strings Behind PM

There is not just one rival side. Obviously, there are groups of rivals. But I am sure there are also people who are just fed-up with criminals running the show. -
Historian Urges Thaksin To Stop Pulling Strings Behind PM
OneMoreFarang replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
It's good to see that there are still enough people who go public with their criticism about the convicted criminal. More and more people should do that and one day there will be enough. -

Guilty as charged. But somehow, I doubt anybody will do anything. TiT -
Which part of high-class hotels do you like or what is important for you? Personally, I love great breakfast buffets. And those don't exist in many hotels. For the room, it shouldn't be bad, but I don't need all marble and all that. So, for me a good hotel is a good hotel which is near to a great hotel with a great breakfast buffet.

I also see sometimes rooms with color schemes which I like. And most of the time some professional designed them. Sure, some people have a view for things like that. But I am pretty sure they wouldn't ask about it in a forum like this. If you ask, then you don't know. So, IMHO, better ask a professional.

Thai doctor vows to create "Hitler Room" to gas hospital smokers
OneMoreFarang replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Yes, and so are exhaust gasses from vehicles, industry, etc. And lots of food is bad. And, and and. Personally, I am fine with smoking people as long as they don't blow the smoke right in my face. And normally people don't do that.- 167 replies

Thai doctor vows to create "Hitler Room" to gas hospital smokers
OneMoreFarang replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
It's interesting how times have changed. When I was young everybody was smoking. And we made jokes about gay guys. Now if you are gay or any other of that alphabet soup then you are preferred in those progressive organizations and companies. And if anybody smokes, he's the devil. Can we please take it easy. Live and let live and all that?- 167 replies

Keep it white. Or ask a professional. There are so many shades of green and any other color. And it's so easy to do it wrong. And if you painted all "wrong" then there is no easy way to fix it. I ask the same question some time ago when I renovated my apartment. One member here suggested: Any color is fine, as long as it is white. I followed his advice. You can easily hang pictures on the walls to bring some color in your home. Apart from that I watch from time-to-time videos from this guy. From all the designers he seems to me the most realistic one.

Do you know what they all had in common? You. Thai women, maybe all women, want strong partners. The "western" concept of being equal partners just doesn't work. If a guy is nice and ask his equal partner what to do, then she takes over and tells him what to do. IMHO there is only one way to solve this: You have to be dominant and stay dominant. You are the boss. Make it clear, and don't let her get stupid ideas that maybe she should be the boss. It seems most or at least many Thai women want it this way. They want a strong leader to take control. And I write this not because I am the macho man but because I experienced what happens if you try to be a nice partner.

Guilty as charged. Lock her up. And put him back into jail, real jail. And don't forget to punish all the people who enabled this charade.
