There are lots of girls who like working in those bars. They have lots of friends, can drink and smoke and get drunk, some even dance. Obviously not all girls want to work in bars. But for others, it's home where they feel comfortable.

I am happy with my gf, I don't want to have a new one. But I guess it's part of male's nature to think about what if - at least it's my nature.

I hope she wins, because she is the better of the bad alternatives. But she is hiding, there is no question about that. She could give live interviews to promote herself. She is not doing that. Why not? I think there is only one answer: Because her strategists think that will hurt her. And that is bad, when she wants that people vote for her because they don't know much about her.

In a way I agree with you. But Trump's behavior over years should have been reason enough that nobody votes for him anymore. But for whatever reason there are still people out there who "think" he is presidential. Amazing.

And do only bargirls hide the truth? Or are there also lots of "normal" girls and women out there who like to hide at least part of the truth?

Did you do that for some time? Obviously, it can be exiting if you have everyday another hottie and enjoy life. But it seems in the real world there are not only hotties. There are some nice girls, some exiting girls, some liars, some dangerous drug addicts, etc. And it always takes time to find a new one for the night or the week or whatever. Some of us lived that live. Some for months, some for years. And then many of us decided at some stage that it is more hassle than enjoyment. And there was this one girl who we always liked and never had trouble with her. Why not stay a little longer with her...

I saw many of Lex Fridman's conversations. And I think conversation is a good term, because he asks often open questions which can, and often do, go in unexpected directions. If Lex has a conversation with open minded people, we learn a lot about those people. We don't have to agree with everything, and Lex certainly does not agree with everything he hears, but he lets people talk. Give them a change to explain themselves. I think that makes many of his conversations special. On the other side, if he talks with people who want to hide behind platitudes, that becomes soon obvious. And then the viewers can make up their minds why those people don't want to talk freely. Lex gives everyone a chance to tell their story. If some people use that to expose to the world what idiots they are, Lex won't stop them.

Joe Rogan said several times he does not want to invite Trump - with good reasons. If Harris wouldn't have anything to hide, and if she would have clear policy guidelines, and if she is able to freely talk, then I think a conversation with Lex would help per. But those are the reasons why I think it won't happen. She and her handlers seem to prefer that different people think of her whatever they like to think. It would be disturbing for some of these people if reality doesn't match with their dreams.

I also didn't see much of it. But I had in mind to give Trump a chance. He could have answered the questions like an intelligent competent person who has nothing to hide. He didn't. If anybody was still in doubt about Trump, then watching (part of) that conversation should be enough to decide: I don't want that guy. Obviously, that still leave the problem about the alternative. Will Kamala agree to such a conversation? I hope so, but I don't think it will happen.

I can't defend myself against anybody who fights regularly. But then, the last time I wanted to be able to fight was when I was in school. That's already some time ago. Avoiding trouble is the best way to go through life. When I hear stories about anybody getting hurt, it seems they all asked for it or at least they didn't back down. What's the point of fighting if the alternative is to say "I'm sorry" or pay that bill for 500B which is not fair. Jut pay, walk away, and don't think about it anymore. And I didn't even have any such situation in my whole life.

Is that the only person who works with her who is deemed to be dishonest and unethical? Good luck that all the others are honest and ethical people. Yeah, sure.

Yes. But there is one big difference. In Germany many people vote for the AfD to protest but it is unlikely that the AfD will be in power. The AfD works in the way that the mainstream politicians look at why people vote for the AfD and they have to adjust their politics to win voters back. In the USA people vote to protest. But with that they don't just send a message to the established parties to change. The change is radical. Because the hero of the protest has no idea how to govern a country. Unfortunately, too many protest voters don't see that or don't care. The sad thing is that that there are just two bad options.

Almost everybody knew that Trump is bad. Including lots of GOP candidates. Just listen to what they said in the GOP primaries in 2016. It seems to me that Trump is popular with many people because he uses clearer and easier language which the masses understand. And he is right to criticize many of the established politicians and the swamp. The problem is of course that even if A is bad, that doesn't mean B is better. There are bad politicians and there are some who are even worse. Trump is certainly one of them. But many voters hate "the establishment" so much that they don't comprehend that Trump is even worse than what he pretends to fight. Trump is a narcistic maniac. In most countries people are smart enough not to vote for people like him. In the USA that is obviously not the case. But to be fair, the alternative is not something to vote for. She and the DEMs are only the lessor evil. The American political system is f#$#$%. Lots of people who want power, and more power. Government for the people and by the people is a joke by now. And somehow it doesn't look that that will be better anytime soon. God bless America - they really need that.

The problem which you describe exists in some countries like i.e. the USA. I don't see that country as an example we should follow - even if most Americans think they are the center of the universe.

If you think you can't find love with any girl then you obviously left your heart at home. Especially in Thailand there are lots of lovely girls who work in bars. Lots of guys traveled from far away to find a lovely Thai girl - and many of them in bars.
