I found my way to the minutes of the caretaker cabinet meeting in question, on August 27th. It wasn't listed as far as I could see. But I'm sure it does exist. There are very strong conservative factions in academia, just as in the judiciary and military for instance. I'm sure there'll be a massive pushback against this. Universities are usually sources of enlightened liberalism, not reactionary conservatism. But those factions do exist. I wonder who the authors were of this?
