    I called, got transferred, someone came on while I was holding and said "The agent is busy, please hold", then when a man answered I asked my question. "That depends, which office did you get the stamp at?" So apparently they will xfer the stamp if it was the Chiang Mai office which did it originally.

    I forgot it was you who had that bad experience. I think I will stop mentioning them in the future. Your incident has me wondering about them. Not sure what I wil do in the future.

    I did the middle option IIRC - 1) Just check the box and email; 2) I made a list of Time Spent/For What, with a cap of X hours max to bill for; 3) Add Receipts/Documentation.
