  1. A keen observer of your various drunken posts...
  2. Sounds like you just fit in with them... jealous they take too much attention from you?
  3. CCS Medical Lab, on Thepprasit, near corner Thappraya. Very professional, very clean, different programs, notification by mail within 24 hours
  4. You got it wrong. He is "homebound" for 30 days from the application, not 7 weeks. During that time, all checks including the home visit are done, then he gets the 1y renewal stamp and is free to move.
  5. I starten with retirement extension with money in bank, changed to marriage due to eventual working (did not pan out), now back to retirement with income method based on Embassy certification. Last option by far the best, no more pictures, no more bank visits, no more amphoe for kor ror 2, no more waiting period. BUT BE AWARE: when switching from marriage to retirement, you NEED one last time kor ror 2, wife ID and wife to prove to immigration that at the time of switching, you are still married.
  6. Change the battery, restricted mouse movement is the first sign of an empty battery
  7. You don't need the current landlord. The Amphoe will deregister you in the old house book (assume yellow) once you are registered in the new one. Tabien baans belong to the owner of the house/apartment, not to the registered persons.
  8. It says "captured on CCTV"... that would pretty much ascertain the faulty party...
  9. Well, it seems from the text that the Korean was completely at fault... but does anybody seriously think that the German was sober at 3am???
  10. Ice in Whisky??? What kind of poison are you drinking?
  11. With testing, shipping and all, I calculate around 9K per pen which lasts for 4 weeks. Recommendation for weight loss is 9-12 months, so 39-52 weeks, therefore 10-13 pens, therefore 90-120K (all rounded, don't use calculators please)
  12. Wegovy and Ozempic both have semaglutide as main component. Looking at the side effects described, I do not see much difference. Actually, I found an independent article on UCHealth that says: It’s correct that Wegovy and Ozempic are two names for the same drug: semaglutide. Ozempic is the name of the drug as prescribed for people with diabetes. The FDA approved Ozempic for people with diabetes in 2017 and approved Wegovy for people who have obesity or are overweight and have additional health problems in 2021. “They are just prescribed under different names with slightly different doses and different indications,” Low Wang said. “The drug product itself is the same.” And why should I not go to 1mg injection of Ozempic, if the FDA approved dose for Wegovy is 2.4mg weekly? Please provide us with your profound medical or other knowledge about not using the dose prescribed? Wegovy btw is not yet approved by the Thai FDA, only Ozempic is.
  13. First 3 answers from people who know nothing... @1FinickyOne: Yes, I startet using it, now on 0.5, soon going to 1.0 per injection. Yes, it helps reduce appetite and keeps your stomach full longer, so you feel full faster when you eat, the only side effect so far is when going to the toilet, big business is different than before, but manageable. It does NOT reduce weight by itself, you NEED to also change your lifestyle (sport, food choices etc), otherwise nothing will happen. You start with small dosage (0.25 per injection), then after 4 weeks you change to 0.5, again 4 weeks later to 0.1. Effects will not be felt immediately, it takes time. It is available in many hospitals (i.e. Bangkok Pattaya Hospital) or through Pulse Clinic (Pattaya or BKK), third option (mine) is CM Mediclinic Chiang Mai. Costs were given to me by BPH and Pulse Clinic as 13K Baht per Pen, plus costs for initial doctor appointment (1'500) and necessary blood tests (2K). Cost from CM Mediclinic was 8-9K per Pen (different size), I could send blood tests (diabetes, cholesterol and others) from my own records, since I do those tests regulary in a lab, and doctor consultancy was online for 500 Baht. After order of and payment for the Pen, it arrived in cooled box within 3 days. Disclaimer: My post is no recommendation to use, only facts from my own experience
  14. Answer for both is NO. Wife and up to date bankbook are only needed when submitting the application, not when picking up the stamp. And the answer -as of today - is also NO for both while getting an extension in later years
  15. What's the mystery? Clearly connected to the yet unopened hotel. Clearly took weeks to build, so everyone is invited to guess where a lot of money was flowing that this construction got unnoticed...
  16. TV just show, they catch the shooter. Young boy, only 14 or 15 years old. 3 people die and 2 are in hospital
  17. From the Government: https://www.facebook.com/100064584583981/posts/pfbid02iCdwzYTSJkEWe9eujisrccHsZDehm4uLJCmzhtU9R7epTQwCHYhLsd5pmMrGR6fGl/?mibextid=Nif5oz
  18. No wonder, even serious Swiss newspapers write about the "Russian takeover" of Phuket...
  19. Bangkok is more expensive, and even then, prices will vary. But if you don't trust your GF's information, get a new GF without braces, problem solved.
  20. Very good article provided by @Moonlover Besides that, there are few more things I would like to point out: (1) You will need to "play" with screen distance from your eyes, font size and brightness, maybe even an additional or bigger screen. (2) When you go to the optician for new glasses, measure the distance, maybe take your laptop with you, if you are working on it, and do not stop testing different settings for the glasses, until they are perfect for you. (3) Never go get new glasses with "fresh" eyes, otherwise they can still adjust too easy to your eye weaknesses, and you might not get the right prescription. Go there after like halfway through your working day, that is normally the best time. (4) There are also some "magnifying" options for glasses, but use those only as last resort, as it can cause you to having to move your head up/down/left/right too much, which will only make things worse. I am in front of my screen (plugged into my laptop) for hours a day, and computer glasses are a necessity for me
