Isn't Cottage Pie made with beef rather than pork? If lamb, it's Shepherd's Pie.
Each to their own I suppose.
i always make Cottage Pie with beef, adding onion, carrot and peas to the mix. Once assembled in the dish, I sprinkle grated cheddar and black pepper on top of the mash before putting it in the oven on a high temp for a few minutes to melt the cheese and crisp the potato.

Some others I have cooked recently were; chicken and chorizo jambalaya, chinese style chicken curry, sausage, chorizo, kale and potato hash, sweet potato, chick pea and lentil curry.
