i have had two Nespresso machines. Convenient to make a quick coffee, but works out expensive. Those pods are over 28THB each, plus postage unless you buy over a certain amount. First one lasted two years. The second one still OK, but only the GF uses it. To keep cost down, I tried some reuseable stainless Nespresso capsules from Amazon, but it was too much hassle. I see many students in the malls in the coffee shops such as the True one in Siam Paragon, studying or doing their homework. I always presumed they were there because it was likely better than at home, with fast wifi, free air-con and their friends.

Sort of at the moment. I am hobbling around on crutches due to a motorbike accident. But the shoe thing was due to trying on two different sizes, and the salesgirl put two different sizes in the bag. I sent the wrong one back and they sent me the correct one. So it cost me postage AND whatever the customs charged me. They seem to be a lot more stricter nowadays. Many of my parcels from the UK used to get through without problem. Everything seems to be opened or x-rayed and charged for now.
