+1. There are now Superrich booths at some BTS stations. Asoke has one, but as Lorry said, they offer slightly less than the main ones in the sois opposite the northern end of Central World, to the left of Big C when looking at it. There does seem to be some form of gaining services or pecuniary advantage by deception, as it was intentional. Either by getting the room or the taxi. Now whether that is a crime in Thailand is another matter. I wonder if the police would have pressed charges if it was one of their own who had lost out in this.

How long do the batteries last in an EV before they need changing? How much does it cost to change them in an average sized family car? I am not up on EV's , but say something around Honda City or Honda Civic size.

Went along to Immigration on Tuesday to get my visa stamps changed to new passport. It was packed after the holiday weekend. Why they can't provide a wall rack with all the various forms available I don't know. Would make things far easier. I had to queue for thirty minutes just to get the required form. The other bottleneck is only having two IO's checking documents downstairs. REQUIREMENTS TO CHANGE STAMPS: Completed form. Copies of both photo page and latest visa stamp in old passport. Copy of photo page from new passport. All signed. Checked downstairs and issued queue number. Handed in upstairs. Told to come back in a week. I will have to check they also move my Multiple Re-Entry Stamp. HTH

That clarifies things. The message says they require extra information, but are asking for the exact same things that they already have from me. I.e. In my case a copy of my passport ID page and a selfie. What they are after is any actual changes / updates to that info., such as a new passport
