  1. No, when did antifa ever express any interest in the outcome of an election. You're clutching at straws. Gosh. If only there wasn't that week of rioting after Trump won in 2016...
  2. I think you'll find that there are 2 correlations to what part of America... Which are not independent variables. So really, just one. And the color is Blue.
  3. I'd have given the guy $0.60- $1.50 for a place in line rather than risk getting banged up for stabbing him.
  4. Yeah. 'Cause they got all kinds of witnesses to lie under oath...
  5. If you want to hurt Trump, misquote him or take a snippet of what he says, out of context. If you want to hurt Harris, quote her actual words in their full context. She's a gaffing machine. And that's on top of her dangerous ideology.
  6. Please tell me that at least investigated the possibility he had some help getting over the balcony. While I agree that Thai balcony railings are often too low for safety and the odds are he was alone, I'd hope they at least look at any CCTV and talk to witnesses.
  7. If you don't like the source, go to the root document. Here's more for you to not bother reading... So you can claim that "there's no evidence" or "that's been debunked". Like the MSM. But there is evidence, and it hasn't been debunked. It's being squelched. https://judiciary.house.gov/media/press-releases/report-how-fbi-prebunked-true-story-about-biden-familys-corruption-advance https://judiciary.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/republicans-judiciary.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/FBI-Election-Interference-Report-FINAL--10-30-24-.pdf
  8. That's what the MSM said about the Floyd (BLM) riots, when there were cars and buildings burning in the background on the news video. How disingenuous is that? Mostly peaceful arson and looting. That cost innocent people and shop owners $Billions. As stupid as January 6 turned out, there's a rationality to protesting where there's a chance of influencing change. Rioting all over the country was irrational, and evil. Causing misery to people who had nothing to do with their grievance. Of course, they did score some big screen TVs.
  9. They rioted for about a week, and all over the country. Burning and looting against innocent people and their businesses who had absolutely nothing to do with Hillary taking the L. https://edition.cnn.com/2016/11/11/us/oregon-protest-riot/index.html https://edition.cnn.com/2016/11/13/us/protests-elections-trump/index.html https://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/11/09/501513889/anti-trump-protests-break-out-in-cities-across-the-country https://www.cbsnews.com/news/anti-trump-protests-carry-on-for-fourth-straight-day-after-election/
  10. Does Trump masquerade as a news outlet like CNN does?
  11. You'd think that CNN wouldn't have to dig 3+ years in the past to come up with an instance where someone was harmed by the laws that are saving thousands of kid every year.
  12. a) Because this isn't a news report. It's a blatant political message. b) Tragic as this story is, there's been thousands of kids not killed, and living their lives because of the same laws.
  13. I wonder if there's any significance to the fact that this tragedy happened in 2021 and it's just now being "reported" less than a week before the election. And no reports of the thousands of kids that are living happy lives after not being aborted...
  14. I used to buy sliced to order cold cuts at the Foodland on Suk Soi 16 in Bangkok. They have a pretty nice deli section. Good selection of hot dogs, too. Some of the hot dog flavors are good. Others, I didn't care for. Plus, they had hot dog buns and sweet relish. That was all pre-Covid, but I can't imagine they did away with their deli section.
  15. Gotta say I support the Subway home office if they get rid of some Thai franchises that have sorely disappointed me with some awful sandwiches. Not all of them, by any stretch... And I suspect some of them are failing to account for royalties and other money they agreed to pay to Subway, by substituting poor quality ingredients to hide the numbers that actually sell. Some franchises (not necessarily Subway) get fake cups made and have several cash registers, some connected to the network, some rogue. I've met several QA people from the home offices, traveling in Asia. They all seem to have the same challenges...
  16. You may want to take that up with the FCC Commissioner.
  17. You mean like that sudden burst of energy that Biden had for that State of the Union? I don't think I'd call that "natural".
  18. Does anyone watch SNL any more? I gave it up decades ago. On the plus side, that's another lawsuit Trump can bring, against NBC's clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule. That ought to be worth $100 mil if he can find the right venue. Of course, he'll be too busy if he wins...
  19. If Trump did appoint her, they've had almost 4 years to replace her. Apparently, no complaints up until now...
  20. And illegal. “This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule,” (FCC Commissioner) Carr wrote on X, responding to an Associated Press article about Harris’s appearance. The campaign kept the appearance a secret until hours before air.
  21. The FCC commissioner says the FCC rule was violated. FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr argued that NBC scheduled Harris’s SNL appearance to evade the Equal Time rule, which mandates balanced airtime for political candidates. With the election scheduled for Tuesday, President Donald Trump cannot get equal time. “This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC’s Equal Time rule,” Carr wrote on X, responding to an Associated Press article about Harris’s appearance. The campaign kept the appearance a secret until hours before air. “The purpose of the rule is to avoid exactly this type of biased and partisan conduct ... https://headlineusa.com/fcc-commissioner-calls-out-nbcs-blatant-violation-of-equal-time-rule-with-kamalas-snl-stunt/
  22. I wonder if it's like those 51 intelligence wonks who uncovered a fake Russkie laptop story, just before the 2020 election?
  23. I was thinking about starting a new update thread to see if metal detectors have been in the news at all. But I'll just bump this one... Over the years, there have been several threads about people (foreigners?) getting in trouble for using metal detectors in Thailand. Not often, but occasionally... Has anyone seen any articles to that effect since Covid? I used to bring one to the beach with me in Jomtien and found enough change to buy a bottled water under the Russkie dominated beach chairs. So I certainly don't want to get banged up for using one. If I found a Rollex, maybe. (That's not a speeling mistek) In fairness, I wasn't very serious about it, and I'm more interested in WW2 artifacts up around Kanchanaburi. TIA for any input.
  24. A coin in the photo for a sense of scale would be helpful.
  25. Not even close. HR2 was much stronger, passed by the House and put in a drawer by the Dem Senate leader. The alleged "bipartisan" bill was tanked by a bunch of Dem senators that saw what a disaster it was and voted with the Repubs. It allowed almost 2 million illegals in every year, before the President could even take action at the border. But you go ahead and keep peddling your lefty fantasies if it gives you comfort.
