They list on AirBNB or you can book directly, I'd send them an email rather than go by the prices/availability on their website. If you don't care about being central JP Unixx has many fair priced units at Unixx for a fair price but some of their units are pretty tiny. They also list on AirBNB or they have an office right in the front of the Unixx condo building.

Out of nowhere I'm getting warnings on my TrueWallet app that I have to schedule a video call and provide either a work permit, alien ID card, Thai driver's license or student certificate, none of which I have. It doesn't say how long I have to provide this but it says for the continued use and due to new anti money laundering laws in Thailand. Anyone else use TrueMoney Wallet and get this? Not a huge loss if I can't use it anymore but it is convenient at 7-11.
