A man who steals a pack of cigarettes goes to jail. A man who let's 100's of thousands die from a pandemic, and undermines democracy in a way that will take many years to recover, he'll have a nice pension and secret service protection for the rest of his life.

So this is the point where things will get desperate. Businesses and individuals in the tourism sector who have been surviving on the remnants of the high season's earnings will not have their coffers refilled this year. We have already seen the closures throughout the country. Next is near total collapse. ????

lol, it'll never make it that far. His case is far to weak. Each challenge has either been thrown out for lack of evidence, of the potential numbers involved are so small it will not make any difference to the result, even in Georgia. 

There are many adjectives that have already been used to describe Donald Trump. We can now add 'pathetic' to that list.

If you streamline a process, make it less confusing, then it's harder to hide irregularities. If a process is it sped up, then where is the incentive to pay a 'premium' to ensure things are done on time?

This is definitely the best time to be implementing measures to make it more time consuming and expensive for tourists to come to Thailand. Such foresight. Much optimism.

Sounds like they have no idea how to address the situation, so speculation becomes a convenient scapegoat.

There has been a long standing 'policy' of spreading misinformation about NZ products, especially dairy, in an attempt to reduce their popularity and the harm it's well earned reputation of trustworthiness. 

There is no way in hell that this should be approved. That it has been, makes it clear that the Thailand has not moved forward with regards to eliminating corruption and unfair practices.

And I don't think anyone anywhere would believe this didn't happen without brown envelopes. So disappointing.

It's not an 'if', it's a 'when'... at least if Biden wins. Trump will never concede, ever. It's not in his nature. Until the day he dies he will maintain that the election was stolen. That's just the type of person he is.

If Trump wins, there may be some challenges, but not to the same extent. Biden at least has enough dignity to concede.

I'm not a great fan of either men, but from a global perspective, Biden is the better choice.

It's lucky that with it's capable government led by the popular  Gen. Prayuth, Thailand's economy is in excellent shape and thus doesn't need any 'favours' from the US. Tourism and manufacturing, for example, have never been better. ????

I work in a factory with a 100% Thai labour force in production. It's amazing how willing people are to work when you pay them fairly, and provide decent working conditions.

Perhaps hoping for help from the Chinese to prop up the regime? Hun Sen sold his own and Cambodia's soul for similar reasons.
