  5. As I said, not disagreeing that the jury found him not guilty. But his past admission of guilt means I do not see him as innocent.
  6. The party is riven with divisions and is no longer functioning as a party. There needs to be a clean out or the situation will not change. None of the candidates being touted as next leader will be able to heal the divisions within the party. Dream on if you think the current mess is going to be resolved by the next election.

  9. I don’t agree that labour is too blame for the nhs woes, but I wasn’t referring to them in my post. The point is the tories, as the whole post you partially quoted, made clear are a mess and a wholesale reboot is required.

  12. That is a matter of opinion and I don’t care what mythical deity people choose to believe in, none of my business. However, that does not mean superstitious rituals lead to road safety.
  13. Again, it is not the superstitious ritual that leads to road safety but the development of good habits. That is relying on one’s self not a belief that a deity or ritual will make everything turn out right.
  14. I never said thinking wouldn’t lead to one achieving aims, or in this thread, road safety. I said relying upon superstitious rituals wouldn’t.
  15. Mind and body. It helps me focus and think, however it is myself I rely upon to ensure any benefits I take from it are applied outside of the session. I also take part in distance running to achieve the same affect. I don’t rely on a ritual, I rely upon taking care and exercising control over my own actions and take responsibility for them.
