  1. Have you verified that a Thai number can send you a text?
  2. Opening "soon", but don't expect the traffic to get any better, CW Road was bad even before the construction started.
  3. A really stupid question, but it has to be asked:- Did you change your number at the places who will send texts? There, I've said it! Have you tried getting someone to text you as a test?
  4. Even if you don't pay, they're not going to cut you off anyway ????
  5. Nah, there should only be one SP-only. Post a photo of the back panel. Which UPS do you have (link to seller)?
  6. Make sure you're NOT plugged into the "surge protection only" outlet ???? Post a photo if unsure. EDIT You may also need to long-press the power button on the UPS to get it to wake up.
  7. Interesting, do you have a link for that unit?
  8. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/float-switch-2-3-510-powertech-i317458496-s12430759586.html
  9. I would use a simple float switch as a level detector, easy to configure for low level.
  10. Automation is definitely your friend. Could ChatGPT do it? It seems to be able to do everything else including picking winning Lotto numbers.
  11. And you were worried he wouldn't turn it off
  12. Good result. Personally, I would probably also have raised a motion to have a certain committee member replaced. Can you now reveal what all the fuss was about?
  13. Yup, looks like the good stuff ???? Datasheet https://www.bangkokcable.com/system/product/file_upload/211028_CV-2C-REV 04.pdf The important bit: -
  14. The book of words for your inverter is the place to start, failing that: - Starting from all off. Pre-charge On battery breaker On mains breaker On solar breaker(s) Reverse when powering off.
  15. Yeah, markings will be on the jacket ???? Of course, they "should" have brought the jacket through the walking-stick and only removed it when it was completely out of the weather.
  16. Doing it like that will pre-charge both inverters no problem.
  17. Works for me, push the button for a count of 10 then close the breaker. I stuck an LED and 4.7k resistor across the 50 ohm, push the button until the LED goes out, then close the breaker.
  18. Looks good, a little more of the wording would be nice but if not possible I think we can say that's the good stuff ????
  19. To whoever added the "confused" reaction to my earlier post. Why not post whatever is confusing you so we can address same?
  20. Loads of tapes like this on Lazada. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/super-strong-fiber-waterproof-tape-stop-leaks-seal-repair-insulating-tape-performance-self-fix-adhesive-length-150cm-width-10cm-i3240257380-s12050331343.html?
  21. Give it a go, I'd still want some sort of sticky tape over it as a bit of reinforcement. Can you see the markings on the cable, just so we can be sure it's the proper stuff.
