Over the last few months, I've had a number of items that followed this scenario: -
Item I want is "local supply" and has a decently short delivery time.
Order placed and paid with credit card (as previously noted we can't do COD)
Item quickly goes to "Packed" - At this point it cannot be cancelled.
EDIT At this point a courier tracking number appears.
Item remains at Packed past the original delivery date and then some.
Finally, Lazada cancels the order, initiates a refund and sends an apologetic email.
Most annoying, particularly when you need the item urgently.
Just me, or are others seeing this trend?
