A Guy goes into a bar with his pet octopus and says, "I bet $50 that no one here has a musical instrument that this octopus can't play." The octopus takes a look at the bagpipes, lifts it up, turns it over, and has another look from a different angle. Puzzled, the octopus' owner comes up and says, "What are you pissing around for? Hurry up and play the damn thing!" The octopus says, "Play it? If I can figure out how to get it's pyjamas off, I'm gonna shag it! "

Yesterday, Mary’s husband Jim thought he saw a cockroach in the kitchen. So, naturally, Jim sprayed everything down very carefully and then cleaned the entire kitchen thoroughly from wall to wall and floor to ceiling. Absolutely nothing escaped his cleaning regime. @UTBoro Is your cable underground or overhead? If it's overhead, replace it with a size larger aluminium cable, it's far cheaper than copper and very much less likely to wander off in the night. Basically, yes, yes and yes. The app works fine on WiFi provided you've already installed and activated it via mobile data (whilst in Thailand). Much depends upon who actually owns the poles. If it's actually a PEA pole then PEA must move it and they would obviously know their own regulations. The poles bringing power to our place which were installed by PEA although not actually PEA poles are 18m apart. The final span to the house is 20m. Due to a similar situation to where you may end up (building in the way) we needed an extra pole which of course we paid for If it's going to interfere with your current or a future supply to your place, I'd be getting PEA involved ASAP.
